Hello everyone, I hope that you are all doing well and looking forward to getting back to a bit of normality in September!

It has been great to be back in the park for Bootcamp and my Mum & Buggy Fitness class, I missed my outdoor fitness classes so much.  I will be running bootcamp in St Andrew’s Park, Bristol on a Monday, Weds and Friday at 6.30am, starting on 2nd September. I will also be running online zoom bootcamps on Tuesday and Thursday’s at 7am.  If you are interested in either the park class or online please get in touch to book your place.  I’m back in Eastville Park, Bristol for Mum & Buggy Fitness on Thursday’s at 9.30am, so if you’ve had a baby recently and are keen to get back to exercising safely book on.

Holistic Core Restore® HEAT for your Pelvic Floor

For all of you who have done my Holistic Core Restore ® Everywoman course I’m running a very exciting new class called Holistic Core Restore® HEAT via zoom.  A fat loss workout that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’!  It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE.  You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

New Studio for Sports Massage

I’m very excited to say that my new garden studio is nearly finished and I’m starting massage and one-to-one training from the 5th September. I’ll be working Tues, Thurs and Saturday during the day and some evenings, so please do get in touch to book your place.
