Getting outside to exercise
We are living in difficult times…so it’s more important than ever to carve out some time in your day for yourself, whether that’s taking a walk, doing a class or even meditating. Working from home is hard work and if you have children there as well it makes it even more stressfull! Just imagine how great you would feel if you got your exercise done before the kids got up in the morning.
Early Morning Bootcamp Exercise Class
If you’ve ever wondered if you could do it now’s your chance to give it a go. We’re outside Mon, Weds and Fri in St Andrew’s Park at 6.30am or if you’d rather do it in the comfort of your own home on Tues and Thurs I run a Zoom Bootcamp at 7am. So no excuses! The new term starts on Monday, so get in touch to join in, I promise you won’t regret it!!
Mum & Buggy Fitness
I’m in Eastville Park for Mum & Buggy Fitness on Thursday’s at 9.30am, so if you’ve had a baby recently and are keen to get back to exercising safely get in touch or book in.
Holistic Core Restore® Heat Class
For all of you who have done my Holistic Core Restore (R) Everywoman course I’m running a very exciting new class called HEAT via zoom. A fat loss workout that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’! It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE. You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!
My new garden studio is proving a great hit, I’m so pleased with it, I work Tues, Thurs and Saturday during the day and some evenings, I do book up quite far in advance so please do get in touch to book your place.
