As a qualified Holistic Core Restore® coach and mother of three I understand the unique exercise needs of postnatal women, so the class combines cardio, strength training, and stretching to help you tone your muscles, improve your cardiovascular health, and increase your flexibility.

For all fitness levels

The class is suitable for all fitness levels, and modifications will be provided to accommodate any limitations or injuries. The class will also be fun, motivating and provides the opportunity to meet other mums. If you need to bring along your younger child that’s fine too!
