Postnatal Massage

A postnatal massage is a type of massage therapy that is specifically designed for women who have recently given birth. Having a massage after the birth of your baby can help to alleviate the aches and pains that are common after childbirth, as well as promote relaxation and improve overall your overall wellbeing. At my massage studio in Bristol, I offer specialist postnatal massage appointments that are designed to help new mums feel their best.

There’s so many benefits to having a massage after the birth of your baby. It can help reducing muscle tension and pain, improve circulation, reduce swelling and help reduce stress. It can’t help your baby sleep but it will help you relax and sleep better when you can!

If you’re interested in booking a postnatal massage appointment with me at my studio in Bristol, please contact me. I offer individual appointments or packages combining therapeutic coaching, exercise and support. You must be at least 6-weeks postnatal and have had the ok from your doctor. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have before booking an apointment and help you find a time that works for you. I look forward to helping you on your journey as a mother.

  • One 60-90min Therapeutic Coaching Session tto help guide you through the ups and downs of becoming a mum (worth £90)

  • Exercise and rehabilitation of the core & pelvic floor through the Holistic Core Restore® programmes.
    • PHASE 1 – HCR c section, diastasis or postnatal healing

  • Breathing, posture and pelvic floor remedial work
  • Weekly bespoke exercise prescription
